Step-by-Step Guide
Access Performance Section:
Go to My Team > Performance.
Select a Team:
Use the Team Overview dropdown to pick which team’s performance data to review.
Time Filter:
Choose This Week, This Month, or set a custom range to observe trends and recent productivity.
Assess Project Summaries and Progress Bars:
Review the total number of projects for the selected period.
Use progress bars for quick visual reference on tasks, issues, and tickets—spotting stalled or high-performing areas.
Member Performance:
Click any Member Performance Card to see individual metrics:
Assignment numbers (active/completed tasks/issues/tickets)
Projects involved in current period
Detailed project involvement table
Leverage Assignment Breakdown:
See the overall completion percentage and counts for tasks, issues, and assignments. Use this to pinpoint workload imbalances or process gaps.
Utilize Search:
Use the search bar to locate a specific team member quickly for one-on-one reviews or support plans.
Tips
Use individual member drill-downs for tailored performance feedback and coaching.
Monitor changes via time filters to identify improvements or declines over set periods.
If certain members consistently show high or low stats, analyze assignment types and re-distribute as needed for sustained team performance.
