Setup Process for MindStaq Apps in Microsoft Teams
The setup steps for all MindStaq apps in Microsoft Teams, including Projects, Messages, My Work, My Team, and Scorecard, follow the same process.
How to Install MindStaq Apps in Microsoft Teams
Open Microsoft Teams.
On the left sidebar, click Apps.
In the search bar, type MindStaq.
You will see all the available MindStaq apps listed in the search results.
Click the Add button on each app that you need to install.
Once added, the apps will appear in the Teams left sidebar.
If needed, right-click and select Pin to keep them visible permanently.
Login Process
Click any installed MindStaq app from the Teams sidebar.
You will be redirected to the app login page.
Choose one of the following options to sign in:
Enter your Email ID and Password, or
Select Sign in with Microsoft (SSO) for faster access.
Complete the login process.
Note: Login is required individually for each app during the first-use setup.
After signing in, you will be able to access and start using the selected MindStaq app inside Microsoft Teams.
