The Projects Home Page is your central command center for managing your work and tracking progress across all initiatives. It brings together key elements such as Projects, OKRs, Insights, Search, and Settings into a unified, easy-to-navigate interface designed to boost your productivity and collaboration.

The Favorites section allows you to quickly access your starred projects, keeping your most important work at your fingertips. By starring a project, you ensure it always appears in this dedicated area, making it easy to jump back in and stay focused on top priorities.

The Project Status Dropdown lets you quickly filter and view projects by their current state—choose from Active Projects, Achieved Projects, or Just Mine (projects where you are a direct participant)

Each project is represented as a card that displays essential information at a glance. You’ll see the project title, a progress indicator showing completion percentage, tags/labels (such as Agile, Waterfall, Operational)

Filtering and sorting tools to help you manage large numbers of projects with ease. The With Tag filter lets you narrow down projects by tags or methodologies, while the Showing dropdown allows you to filter by project status (Active, Archived) or ownership (Just Mine). The Sort By options enable you to order projects alphabetically, by project type, or by last modified date, so you can always find what you need quickly.

The search bar enables you to instantly find projects by name or keyword. This powerful tool scans your entire workspace, bringing together results from projects, tasks, and notes. With contextual filtering, you can quickly locate specific items and take action without navigating through multiple sections.

The Reader feature brings together all your notes and saved content. You can quickly access recently viewed notes, revisit items in your reading list, see content recently shared with you or others, and organize important documents in collections. This ensures all your supporting information is just a click away from your projects.

OKRs in Projects

MindStaq’s OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) feature empowers teams to align project work with strategic goals. You can set, track, and evaluate objectives directly within your project workspace, ensuring every initiative drives measurable progress. The OKR cards display the objective, timeline, key results, and status, while powerful search and filtering tools help you focus on what matters most for your current projects.

Use the dedicated search bar to find OKRs by keyword or project name, and the “All Projects” dropdown to filter OKRs by specific projects. This ensures you can always focus on the most relevant objectives and key results, keeping your team aligned and on track.
