1. Accessing the Program Objective Tracker

  • Navigate to the Scorecard section from the MindStaq side menu.

  • Click the Insights tab at the top of the Scorecard dashboard.

  • Select the Program Objective Tracker to open the analytics view.

2. Applying Filters for Focused Analysis

At the top of the tracker view, use the available filters to customize your analysis:

Key Results:

  • See all key results tied to the selected objective.

  • View progress indicators (bars or percentages) and status tags such as "In Progress," "Completed," or "At Risk."

  • Identify which key results require attention and which are on track.

Projects:

  • View a list of projects contributing directly to the current objective.

  • Check each project’s contribution to outcome delivery for accountability and resource focus.
