How to Use the Members Tab

The Members section in MindStaq gives workspace admins control over user management. From viewing active users to assigning roles and inviting new members or guests, this section ensures that the right people have the right access in your workspace.

Accessing the Members Section

  1. Click the Admin icon from the left-hand navigation bar.

  2. Select the Members tab in the Admin Tool.

Description

See a complete list of all users currently active in your workspace. Each entry includes the user's name, email, role, and status.

Change user roles to match your organization’s needs. You can designate users as Admins, Members, or Guests by selecting a new role from the dropdown next to the user's name.

Click the Invite button to send invitations to new team members or external guests. You’ll be prompted to enter their email address and role before sending the invite.
