How to Use the Invitations

The Invitations section helps workspace admins onboard new users quickly and efficiently. Whether bringing in internal team members or external guests, this feature makes it easy to send, track, and manage join requests with full visibility and control.

Accessing the Invitations Section

  1. Log in to MindStaq Admin.

  2. Select the Invitations tab from the Admin Dashboard.

Sending Invitations

  • Click Invite User or New Invitation within the Invitations tab.

  • Enter the email address of the user you want to invite.

  • Select the role type: Admin, Member, or Guest.

  • Click Send Invitation.

Note: You can invite multiple users at once by separating email addresses with commas.

Tracking Invitation Status

Each invitation includes a status indicator so you can monitor progress at a glance:

Status

Meaning

Sent

The invitation email has been delivered, but the user has not yet accepted.

Completed

The user has accepted the invitation and joined the workspace.

Managing Invitations

In the Action column next to each pending invitation, you'll find two key options:

Action

Description

Resend

Click this if the user hasn’t responded, and you want to re-send the invitation to their email address.

Revoke

Use this to cancel an invitation before it’s accepted. Once revoked, the invitation is no longer valid.

Note: Revoking is only available for invitations that have not yet been accepted.

Tips for Efficient Invitation Management

  • Use the Members tab to verify if someone has already joined before sending a duplicate invitation.

  • Periodically clean up old or inactive invites by revoking them.

  • Ensure invited email domains match allowed domains listed under Workspace Settings.
