Steps to Use Project Status Review
Access the Analytics Dashboard:
Navigate to the Insights tab.
Select the Project Status Review.
Select a Project:
From the list, click a specific project to open its detailed Status Review.
Review Key Sections:
Accomplishments: Track milestones and completed deliverables.
Overdue Tasks: Identify tasks past their due dates requiring immediate attention.
Issues & Blockers: Review active issues impacting progress with severity and status details.
Risks: Monitor potential challenges that might affect the project’s success.
Analyze Milestones and Alignment:
Verify progress against planned milestones.
Ensure current activities align with project objectives.
