Board Structure and Workflow
The Issues board is organized into four columns, each representing a stage in the issue lifecycle:
New: Issues that have just been identified and await action.
In Progress: Issues currently being addressed by the team.
Resolved: Issues that have been fixed but are pending verification.
Closed: Issues that have been verified as resolved and are officially closed.
This visual workflow provides instant clarity on the status of all project issues, ensuring teams can focus on what matters most.

Messages: Threaded communication with timestamps for ongoing discussions.
Attachments: A list of files and URLs related to the issue, with last updated dates.
This panel centralizes all relevant data, making it easy to track progress and collaborate in context.
Editing Issues
The Edit Issue window allows you to update issue details and manage its lifecycle:
Details Tab: Edit the title, project, type, owner, reviewer, priority, tags, description, progress, and status. Actions include Start, Report Status, Get Status Update, Resolve, or Close Issue.
Messages Tab: Engage in threaded discussions, add updates, and categorize messages with preset tags (e.g., Meeting Notes, Status Report, Decision, Risk, Blocker).
Attachments Tab: Upload and manage files or URLs relevant to the issue.
Impact: Use Impact to show which existing tasks are being delayed, blocked, or otherwise affected by the issue. This helps teams see what work depends on the issue and prioritize fixes.
How to add impacted tasks
Open the issue and click the Impact tab.
In the Link Tasks to this issue search box, start typing a task title or keyword.
From the results list, click the link icon (chain) on the row for each task you want to add. Linked tasks appear in the top area labelled Tasks impacted by this issue.
Save or close the issue when done.
Notes
Only tasks from the same project appear in search results. If you do not see a task, confirm it belongs to this project.
Linking a task here does not change the task status or the issue’s progress — it only records the relationship.
Resolution: Use Resolution to record which tasks will resolve the issue. This can include existing tasks or a new task created specifically for the fix.
How to add existing resolution tasks:
Open the issue and click the Resolution tab.
Use the Link Tasks to this issue search box to find tasks in the same project.
Click the link icon for each task you want to add to the Tasks resolving this issue list.
How to create a new resolving task:
In the Resolution tab, click + Create New Task.
Fill the task title, assign owner, set dates, and save. The new task is added to the Tasks resolving this issue list and to the project’s task board.
