How to Use Sprint Management

Sprint Management empowers Agile teams to efficiently plan, execute, and track sprints, ensuring steady progress and consistent value delivery. This guide walks you through accessing, creating, starting, monitoring, and finishing sprints directly from your project settings.

  • If Sprint Status is “Not Started”:

    • The menu will display Start Sprint.

    • Click Start Sprint to begin the sprint. The status updates to In Progress, and your team can start working on the assigned tasks.
