Board Structure and Workflow

The Issues board is organized into four columns—New, In Progress, Resolved, and Closed—representing each stage in the issue lifecycle. This clear structure provides instant visibility into the status of all project issues, helping teams focus on what matters most.

Issue Panel Data

Clicking on an issue opens a detailed panel displaying the issue title, associated project, issue type, start/end dates, current status, progress bar, assignee, reviewer, priority, threaded messages with timestamps, and a list of attachments. This centralizes all relevant data for easy tracking and collaboration.

Editing Issues

The Edit Issue window allows users to update issue details and manage its lifecycle. The Details tab lets you edit core information and perform actions such as Start, Report Status, Get Status Update, Resolve, or Close Issue. The Messages tab supports threaded discussions and message categorization, while the Attachments tab enables file and URL management.

Color-Coded Statuses

Visual cues on issue cards and progress bars provide instant insight into severity and current state, making it easy to assess and prioritize issues at a glance.

Customizable Tags

User-defined tags allow for flexible categorization and filtering of issues, supporting unique project needs and streamlined reporting.

Integrated Conversations

Every issue includes a dedicated message thread, ensuring all discussions and decisions are easily accessible and directly linked to the issue itself.
