How to Use the Workspace Effectively

The Workspace provides a centralized overview of your organization’s workspace setup. It's where admins can view key workspace details, check registration permissions, and monitor subscription status. This area is especially useful for reviewing workspace-level settings and ensuring your environment is properly configured.

Accessing the Workspace Section

  1. Log in to MindStaq Admin.

  2. In the Admin Tool, select the Workspace tab to open the workspace overview section.

Understanding Workspace Overview Fields

Field

Description

Workspace Name

Displays the official name of your workspace.

Self-Registration Status

Indicates whether new users can self-register to join your workspace. Admins can allow or restrict this feature in the Settings.

Allowed Email Domains

Lists all approved email domains for account registration. Only users with email addresses under these domains can create accounts (if self-registration is enabled).

Subscription Status

Reflects the current status of your organization’s subscription—whether it’s active, expiring, or inactive.
