Updated over a month ago

Workspace Allowed Domains

  • Here, you can view the domain(s) you have already added to the workspace (e.g., mindstaq.local).

  • You have two options:

    • Add another domain: Click the + Add link to include additional domains for your workspace.

    • Delete existing domains: Click the red x beside a domain to remove it from the allowed list.

  • Workspace Settings Section

  • Workspace Title:
This field displays the current workspace name. You can change the name by editing this field, helping to customize and clearly identify your workspace.

  • Allow Self Registration:

    • This checkbox controls whether users of your organization can register themselves without Admin intervention.

    • When enabled (checked), users with emails matching the registered domains can directly register through the MindStaq website without the need for an Admin to add them manually or send invitations.

    • This feature is useful when the company wants to allow all users to have automatic access to MindStaq without requiring manual addition, saving time and effort for Admins.

  • After making any changes, click the Save button to apply your new settings.
