How to Interpret the Time Tracker Donut Chart

Updated this week

Understanding the Donut Chart Layout

  • Donut Shape:
The chart is displayed as a circular "donut" divided into multiple color-coded segments, each segment representing the time spent on a specific category during your selected timeframe.

  • Colors:
Each colored segment corresponds to an task. The larger the segment, the more time you’ve spent on that area.

How to Read the Donut Chart

  1. Identify Your Activities
Each color reflects a different type of task. Look for the legend that matches colors to specific activities.

  2. Analyze Segment Sizes
The chart visually indicates where most of your time has gone. The larger the segment, the greater the share of your day devoted to that activity.

  3. Hover for Details
Move your cursor over any segment to reveal the exact time spent on that activity.
