Connect tools and apps
See which tools you can connect to MindStaq, what is available today, and how to connect or disconnect one.
Connect an external app so MindStaq can work with your data there, and disconnect it whenever you like.
Connectors are beta. The Connectors tab only appears in Account & Settings when connectors are switched on for your MindStaq environment, and you only see the apps that are set up there. If you do not see the tab, connectors are not on for you yet; ask your workspace admin or contact support.
What is available
When connectors are on, the list can include these apps:
| You want | Connector names you may see |
|---|---|
| Gmail, Microsoft Outlook | |
| Calendar | Google Calendar |
| Google Workspace | Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs, Google Drive, Google Sheets |
| Microsoft 365 | Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft OneDrive, Microsoft Teams |
| Chat and code | Slack, GitHub |
| Notes | Notion |
Other connectors may also be listed. Which of these appear depends on your environment, so treat the list on the Connectors tab as the source of truth.
What you need
- A signed-in MindStaq account.
- The Connectors tab in Account & Settings.
- An account with the app you want to connect.
Steps
- Choose your plan card at the bottom of the sidebar to open Account & Settings, then open the Connectors tab.
- Use All to browse, or the Search box to find an app.
- Choose Connect followed by the app name, for example Connect GitHub. You are sent to the app to approve access, then returned.
- For apps that use a key, choose Connect with API Key, paste your key, and choose Save.
- Open Connected to see your connected accounts. Apps that allow more than one account show Connect Another.
- To remove access, choose Disconnect next to the account.
Expected result
The app shows a Connected badge and appears under Connected. After you disconnect, it shows Not connected again.
Tips
- Connect only what you need.
- Separately, MCP Tools in Account & Settings lets you add an external MCP server and create keys so other agents can reach your workspace.
Troubleshooting
- No Connectors tab: connectors are not on for your environment. This is not an account fault.
- A listed app is missing: it is not set up in your environment.
- "Failed to load connector status. Please try again.": choose Retry. If it keeps failing, contact support.
- The approval step did not return you: try Connect again.
