Write down a decision, its scope, and who is responsible so the team can find it later.
Decision Hub is a separate app and is in beta. Some parts, such as AI Insights, are still being built.

- Access to Decision Hub in your workspace.
Steps
- Open Decision Hub. Select the workspace. The tabs are All Decisions, Review Queue, AI Insights, Analytics, and Archive.

- Fill in the form. In Add New Decision, enter Decision Title, Category, Decision Scope (Organizational, Business Unit, Team, Initiative-Level, or Project Decision) and its label, Initial Status (Proposed, In Review, Approved, Rejected, Implemented, or Superseded), optional Assignee and Due Date, a Description, and optional Tags.
- Save. Choose Add Decision.
Expected result
The decision is saved in the log with its status, scope, and assignee. Proposed and in-review decisions also appear in the Review Queue.
Tips

- Filter the log by category, scope, and status.
Troubleshooting
