Create a meeting with a time and participants, and tie it to a project when it belongs to one.
Meetings is a separate app and is in beta. It may not be turned on for every workspace.
What you need
- Access to Meetings in your workspace.
- To create a project meeting: be a project manager on the project.
Steps
- Open Meetings. Check that the workspace shown is the one you want.
- Start the form. Choose Create Meeting.
- Name it. Enter a Title.
- Set the time. Choose Start Date Time and End Date Time, or tick All-day meeting.
- Choose a type. Under Meeting Type, pick General or Project. For a project meeting, search and select one or more projects, and optionally choose a Meeting Template: Kick Off or Status Review.
- Add people. Pick participants.
- Describe it. Add an optional Description, then choose Create Meeting.
Expected result
The meeting appears in your meetings list with its status badge, such as Scheduled. Open it from the list to manage its agenda and run it.
Tips
- Meetings are visible by project, so create or join a project first. See Create a project.
- Record outcomes as decisions. See Log a decision.
Troubleshooting
- Project is not an option under Meeting Type: you need to be a project manager on at least one project.
- I cannot create a meeting: your workspace role may not allow it, or Meetings is not enabled for your workspace. Contact support.
