Get a .docx file of a structured answer that you can edit and share outside MindStaq.
What you need
- A chat where the content is ready, or a goal that produces a report, such as a brief, plan, or status update.
Steps
- Ask for the export. For example: "Export this as a Word document called Q3 Project Report" or "Put this in a Word file on A4 paper".
- Wait for the file card. A card with the file name and "Word document" appears in the reply.
- Choose Download.
Expected result
A .docx file downloads with the headings, lists, and tables from the answer.
Tips
- Name the file in your request. File names use letters, numbers, hyphens, and spaces.
- Page size is Letter by default; ask for A4 if you need it.
- Images in an answer are not embedded; they appear as a bracketed text note.
- Edit the answer first, then export, so the file is final.
Troubleshooting
- No download card. Ask again and use the words "Word document".
- The file name is rejected. Remove special characters.
- The download does not start. Allow downloads in your browser and choose Download again.
